I love photographing this sweet family and have especially loved watching their sweet little girls grow.  I’ve been photographing them for quite a few years now and it truly is an honor when families keep coming back to you session after session, year after year.  I also love how this session turned out – the colors, the field, the wardrobe – it all just came together perfectly.  I have to say, this Spring has been quite frustrating with all of the rain we have been having.  I am literally at the mercy of the weather every day.  Having two children of my own I’m constantly having to juggle babysitters – rescheduling and rearranging them due to rain – trying to find another day and time that works for both me and the family that I am shooting.  That is truly the only part of this business that can be quite daunting for me.  But thankfully, the rain cleared out for us this particular morning, literally minutes before we started shooting.  So I choose to be thankful for the little things, like the fact that it is almost June and hopefully all this rain will go away for a little while 🙂  Enjoy this beautiful family!  xo, Lauren
